 Project Design

We provide our clients with the opportunity to effectively and efficiently translate their ideas into reality. We program the requirements of the project, create schematics, and develop a final design that best serves our clients’ needs.  We coordinate our foodservice plans with architects and engineers and provide detailed construction documents for submittal to the health department and/or other regulatory agencies.  Our expertise ensures quality planning and your peace of mind that your project will be a success.

 Construction Management

Orness Design Group monitors all phases of construction to ensure the project will be built according to plans, specifications, and the intent of the design.  We review equipment submittals, shop drawings, and field verification of MEP.  We also coordinate efforts of the general contractor and other tradespeople, orchestrating a timely and efficient installation of the kitchen equipment, through the final review of the completed facility.  Once the kitchen is complete, we assist in the start-up, and coordinate end-user training on the operation, care and maintenance of the equipment.

 Kitchen Equipment Contracting

Orness Design Group provides complete kitchen equipment contracting.  In addition to the equipment supply, we provide custom fabricated stainless steel and millwork fixtures, refrigeration systems, exhaust hoods, and fire suppression systems.  Utilizing quality sub-contractors and proper management of the installation are the keys to our success as a kitchen equipment contractor.
