Project Design

Are you ready to bring your project to life? We will work with you to effectively and efficiently translate your ideas into reality. Whether you need test fitting for a potential space or full project design, we can help. We will program the requirements of the project, create schematics, and develop a final design that you will love. Once you are satisfied, we will coordinate with architects and engineers and provide detailed construction documents for submittal to the health department or other regulatory agencies. Our expertise ensures quality planning and will give you peace of mind that your project will be a success.

Construction Management

Orness Design Group monitors all phases of construction to ensure your project will be built according to plan. We review equipment submittals, shop drawings, and field verification of MEP. We also coordinate efforts of the general contractor and other tradespeople, orchestrating timely and efficient kitchen equipment installation, from initiation through the final review of the completed facility. Once the kitchen is complete, we assist in its start-up, and coordinate end-user training on the operation, care and maintenance of the equipment.

 

Kitchen Equipment Contracting

We offer complete kitchen equipment contracting. In addition to equipment, we provide custom fabricated stainless steel and millwork fixtures, refrigeration systems, exhaust hoods, and fire suppression systems.  Utilizing quality subcontractors and properly managing all aspects of the installation are keys to our success.
